About us

If you have been seriously injured by someone’s wrongful acts you realize how the deck is stacked against you…whether its caps on damages, having to pay back your own insurance company with the money you sued to win, or the seemingly never-ending black hole of litigation…

Or if you are a business owner wondering how you can afford to successfully enforce your legal rights in an uncertain legal environment full of unchecked costs with no resolution in sight…

We help you leverage your legal position to maximize the value of the result.

We are a small firm, but together we represent many years of combined courtroom and transactional experience in a wide range of areas. We effectively leverage our experience, combining it with our fluency in technology, to provide our clients a level of sophistication in our representation that we believe is truly unique. Complex litigation is where we live, and we frequently litigate in unsettled and new areas of the law. Understanding your business from top to bottom, the industry in which it operates, and the challenges you face are what we are about. We get down in the weeds as much as is necessary to grasp the details and complexities that make a difference to obtaining a successful outcome.
